Quirk Description: User can emit light blue flames that instead of being hot, they are cold and can cause frostbite. If the user puts enough energy it can freeze the place around it.
Drawback(s): If overused it can give user frostbite
Strengths: Good at any distance, boosted in Winter
Weaknesses: When being used the user is incapable of focusing on other things because you have to be focused on your energy to use the quirk.
Ultimate Move(s): Freeze Dance - By moving so elegantly while in combat it looks like your dancing, you freeze everything around you including the opponent.
Ice Dragon - Making dragons out of ice and manipulating them to attack the opponent.
