Quirk Description - User can manipulate paper when folded into any shape of choice.
Drawback(s) - Small cuts on hands, cramping
Strengths - Can throw or hold paper as weapon.
Weaknesses - Um, maybe like, the thicker the paper the harder to manipulate idk
Ultimate Moves: Paper Throwing Stars - User can create lots of throwing stars with just the flick of a wrist and send them towards the enemy.
