TWENTY FOUR - Family Ties
Harlow opened the door to her house, doing what she called the walk of shame for being merely associated with Kluas a man who she may add had killed her aunt. it made her feel somewhat guilty every time she reminded herself of it. it was now starting to become apparent to Harlow how attached once again she was getting to the man.
Nothing happened that night, although she could basically smell the smugness coming from kluas every breath, he took. that morning though Harlow had to remind herself that she wasn't back in Chicago, it felt weird to wake up and be in the same house as kluas. who obviously was still on edge from not getting his siblings back and having to send away his army of oversized dogs as Harlow would call them.
with all the problems the two-faced, kluas was still trying to get into Harlows good books. waking her up to coffee and then being lectured about eating after she let it slip she would usually just stick to the coffees in the morning.
