Tommy was helping techno in the field like normal but was really tired from wake up and going to their moms grave

Tommy said with a slight smile and starts coughing and wipes blood from his mouth before techno saw and continued to plant seed later that day the head home where will is waiting for them

Wilbur smiles light and patted his brothers head although Tommy had his brothers he needed his father
" are you going to meet up with tubbo today Tommy?"
"no I'm to tired"

I said laughing because it is true Tommy always ate but when I looked over at him I felt something was off he looked pale and week he looked like he was about to pass out and that's exactly what happened I jumped up from the table and caught him and packed him to his room where Wilbur brought him a cold rag and put it on his head bad came over and checked him saying it was most likely just from his working in the heat all day but I feel like it more then they say but I'm probably just over thinking
Tommy's POV
It's like I was there but I wasn't techno was laughing about a joke he had just said Wilbur was asking if I was hungry and I stood there and it was weird I felt week drained almost as if I was going to die and than it all went blank but there she was her voice

I woke up and seen bad standing over me checking it if I was still alive and he smiled at me weakly
" when are you going to tell them the truth you know me ranboo and tubbo are worrying about you"
Bad suggestion to them being the only ones knowing he's sick and hands him a cup of water
