You can do what you want get up stretch your legs and arms if possible. Give your back a good crack.

Get some water.

Get some fooood.

Poke the nearest person and hope they are not secretly a bear.

Check the time... Hold up?! How late is it... Should you be sleeping? If it's past 12:00am you should get some sleep, trust me I'm an insomniac I know. If it's past 12:00pm you obviously have nothing else better to do with your life so you can continue.
