Quirk description: she has the ability to control things that're long and flexible. Chains, ropes, wires, things like that. She could use a full hundred foot chain just as well as a professional could use a whip. The main point is that they become next to weightless under her power, and with focus she can actually make them float and move around like Chinese dragons
Strengths: chains can be pretty dang heavy, so being able to use one as a weapon with perfect control is VERY helpful, especially since she can put anything in the end, and they can wrap up opponents
Weaknesses: her quirk obviously requires her to have something to use, and ropes or chains aren't found EVERYWHERE. She can use wires, but they're not usually strong enough to rip through walls unless it's an exceptionally weak wall, or there's an easy exit point
Ultimate move: hurri-chain. Chains spin around her at high speeds, shielding her from lots of attacks and simultaneously hurting whoever gets too close

Personality: despite her appearance, she's a pretty cheerful girl. Generally positive, though she's not unrealistic with it. It's actually kind of ironic that she's so positive, but simultaneously always on edge and ready to be attacked
Physical health: she has a bit of dyspraxia, but it doesn't effects her larger movements, so her quirk remains largely unaffected
Mental health: anxiety, but very minor
Looks: she stands around 5'6, sporting an athletic build, though she isn't noticeably muscular, since she doesn't really need to be. She has tan skin, which is fair since she isn't usually too worried about covering up. Her hair is super short, the very little hair on the sides dyed turquoise, and her hair on top, also short, is dyed black. Her eyes are bright purple, and she has several piercings. Two thick cuffs on the upper portion of her left ear, a silver stud in her left lobe, a turquoise cuff on her right ear, in the middle. She has space in her right lobe for a piercings since she'll change for occasions. After that, it's just a stud in the left nostril, and a few very.... personal ones.
Hero outfit: since she has a few issues with coordination at the best of times, she made sure to make it something simple. A black, one-piece shoulderless top, baggy green jeans that reach her mid-lower calf, and black and white converse
