Quirk description: he can manipulate people and objects like clay. He can shape and manipulate things like wet clay, which doesn't hurt people, but it can be kinda freaky. The effects wear off once he's left a certain radius, and the thing would return to its original state if it's alive, and anything that IS alive loses mobility since they're made of clay. They get weaker, unbalanced, and sluggish, in most cases. He can also sort of control earth, by making it into clay. It doesn't work on things like soil, or super dense rocks, but any rocks that would usually make clay are fair game.
Strengths: because of how his quirk works, he can make himself resistant to damages by turning himself into clay, which stops things like knives or weak impacts from really doing anything. And it's impossible to keep him contained, since he can make the container into a lump of clay and just push past
Weaknesses: he needs to hydrate a lot, otherwise his quirk becomes sorta useless since he can't make clay without any water. And bigger impacts, like a REALLY strong punch, completely move past his 'clay defence' and could instead blast him to bits
Ultimate move: they turn himself into clay. It doesn't effect how he moves, or his strength, since it's his own quirk.

Personality: he's, uh.... honest? It's really likely that he's gonna tell you the truth, unless it's something that should stay hidden. That would be considered his best feature though. He isn't all too good at making friends, and he has difficulties reading situations so he'll often tell a joke at a really bad time, or truffle to keep up with conversations too. So, he tends to offend people a lot by mistake.
Physical health: he doesn't usually get physical injuries, since... clay. Though he does have a slight limp that shows up whenever he's panicking or walking at a regular pace, and he's a little dyspraxic
Mental health: no. There's ADHD, some high functioning autism, which kinda come together to give him something that may or may not be a slight case of bipolar disorder. Obviously he has some sensory issues when it comes to touch, and a weird form of selective mutism that only really takes effect when he's talking to someone he REALLY admires, or if he makes eye contact with someone. Even if someone looks in his eyes, from somewhere he can't consciously see, it'll happen.
Looks: he's DUSTY. His skin is a sort of grey, which then has some sort of chalky clay-dust coating him. He's about 5'5, and actually looks fairly androgynous. Slim build, effeminate face, and hair that would be considered long for a guy but also short for a girl, so it's kinda hard to tell. His hair is an orange, ceramic-like colour, and his eyes are mud brown. Obviously some things can be changed with his quirk, but they're not minor, and usually make it pretty obvious that he's used his quirk to do it
Hero outfit: he just wears what would equate to a Speedo, since he needs to be able to manipulate his body in more ways than clothes would allow. He does look kinda like a girl, but since he uses the male outfit rules, and looks like he's genderless, it's permitted
