Jackson said as Derek and I quietly tried to sneak into the board meeting, all eyes went on us. I looked over and saw Cristina and Callie laughing to each other, I looked at them curious to what they were laughing at,
'what's got you two giggling?',
I asked nodding my head at them, they looked between each other, silently asking one another who should say something first. Cristina put a serious look on her face,
'well Dr Shepherd's hair isn't looking as perfect as his name proceeds',
Cristina said, I looked up at Derek's hair and realised that it was quite obvious as to why we were late, Derek tried to hid his giggle,
'I literally just woke up from a nap in the On-Call room',
Derek said trying to cover himself, Callie looked at him unimpressed,
'y/n did you just wake up too or is there another reason that your scrubs are on backwards?',
