How you captured my heart 💔

Dear Xavier,

Can you remember how you captured my heart?

It was when you had told me about something which bothered you.

It sounds weird but that made me fall real hard for you..

It all started when I noticed you spaced out a lot in class then when it was lunch you didn't go to the cafeteria instead you headed towards your black car which it's name I didn't know but admired a lot.

I had ran up to you, breathing heavily, I shouted your name.

"Xavier!"

You had stooped in your tracks then turned, I had expected you to be surprised but you seemed to had figured out it was me by my voice.

"Yes?" You said in a questioning manner, as though telling that you didn't want to talk.

I suddenly wished I hadn't approach you.

"Uhhn, I-umm...I just wanted to check up on you." I stuttered biting my bottom lips in nervousness.

"I'm..." You trailed fixing your gaze on my lips. My stomach flipped, I quivered at surge of emotions.

"Uhhn?" I said trying to get your wavered attention.

"I'm alright." You replied, as you shook your head as if trying to cut yourself from a trance.

"Okay." I said, my voice low, as I turned feeling hurt and somewhat dejected.

I halted as your hands caught my wrist, pulling you closer to yourself.

I gasped at the sudden contact.

"Come with me." You had quietly whispered.

And was how I ended up in your car.
Hugging you so closely in front of the prison.

You had taken me along to visit your dad.

The ride back was silent.

When we reached my porch. I bided you goodbye, and was about to alight.

But stooped when you placed your hands on mine.

"Please don't go...don't leave me tonight..." You pleaded maintaining a calm face but showing your vulnerability in your voice.

And that was how you had captured my heart.

Please come back home...
