The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl {Reader Insert}

Chapter 5: To the Ice princesses castle

You make it down there ans see your brother and your dreams fiddling with nobs and buttons. "What's wrong?" You ask. "We can't control it." Sharkboy tells you. "All you have to do is keep it on track." You say and Max runs to the steering wheel. "How can we keep it on track if there is no track?" Sharkboy asks. You and your brother look down out the window and he was right there wasn't any tracks under the train. "looks like another dream gone bad." Sharkboy states as the train goes haywire. "What do we do?" Lavagirl asks. "Yell? Scream?" Sharkboy suggests and you all do exactly that. After you all scream for a little bit Lavagirl goes and opens the train door. "Jump it'll be ok." She tells you and then jumps. Sharkboy jumps after. You and your brother look at eachother and hold hands. Then you both jump and land on.......................... a giant cookie? "What does it mean when your train of thought wrecks?" You and Max ask looking at the now wrecked train of thought smashed in whip cream.

"Well," Sharkboy starts "Can't be good buddy." He says patting your brother's shoulder. "How much time do we have Sharkboy?" Lavagirl asks him. Sharkboy pulls out his little shark-phone (I like to think that's what it is and it's really cute). "20 minutes." He tells her then steps in something. He takes some off his foot and tastes it. "Eww! Stick to rotten fish please." Lavagirl tells him. After Sharkboy tastes it he instantly spit it out. "Ugh! Chocolate. I stepped in chocolate." He exclaims. "Mmm. Chocolate." You say and start to eat some and your brother joins. "We're here." Lavagirl tells you. "The land of Milk and Cookies." She says happily. "The milk is warm. They'll be out in no time."

 Sharkboy says. "Here, lay down on some marshmallow pillows." Lavagirl tells you two. You both lay down and try to dream but it wasn't working. "How about dreaming us inside of the dream lair." Sharkboy tells you. You both get up "The ground is thumping to much." You say. "My highly trained ears hear it to." Sharkboy says intimating thump sounds.(Do you guys notice how Sharkboy says 'My HiGhLy tRiAneD eArs' and 'mY InSitinCtS' and all that stuff like come on we get it). 

"Let me listen." Lavagirl says putting her head down on a marshmallow. "I wouldn't" Sharkboy warns but it was too late Lavagirl had already burned the marshmallow. "Hot head." Sharkboy said sarcastically. "Sharky." You say slapping his arm slightly. "When you dreamt up these giant cookies, who did you expect to be able to eat theses cookies?" Lavagirl asks you and your brother. "We really didn't think about it." Max says. "'Cause if you dream giant cookies, something has to be created to consume giant cookies." She tells you.

  "Why does dreaming have to be so hard and have so many rules?" You thought to yourself. "COOKIE GIANTS!" Sharkboy yells pointing at the giants made of sweets. Your brother and your dreams try to paddle away from them but you just look up and stare. "Something about them looks familiar." You mumble to yourself. "Uh, (Y/n) a little help here." Sharkboy says to you. "Sorry it's just those giants look a lot like--." You started but the male giant picked up the cookie. "(Y/n) come on!" Max yells and jumps. But you still stand there trying to figure out where you've seen those giants before. 

Then you finally realized it."I got it." You start. But, before you could say anything else Sharkboy grabs your arm "Come on!" He says and throws you off the cookie and jumps after you. Max, Lavagirl and Sharkboy all land in cake. But, you however land on your butt on the frosting (Or is it whip cream or maybe ice cream) in front of them. The male giant spits out the cookie that you guys were just on and his wife (You assumed since you know there your parents) comforted him. They both walk away smiling, hand in hand, happily. 

"Those giant almost looked my parents." Max says. "Max, I think those were  our parents." You tell him. "They seem happy together. Is that your dream?" Lavagirl asks you two. "We had a dream of family." You admit. "It hasn't been coming true lately." Max says. "Most dreams don't come true on their own." She tells you. "You have to make them come true." She says.
