I had been requested by someone to write a prank fic on this duo, but right now I'm out of ideas about pranks and as always got a very good idea of an emotional fic. Maybe you all will like this..

BTW I've been dying to write this from a long time.

----------------------------------

"We are very sorry Sir", said the doctor, with his head bowed down, but with frank professionalism.

Krunal's face went blank and expressionless.

Pankhuri clapped her mouth with her hands trying very hard not to cry.

Natasha couldn't comprehend what just happened in a span of a few hours, as she turned towards her husband at the correct time, as Harry stumbled back before she caught him.

Hardik looked towards his wife, begging her to tell him that this is not true. All this is a nightmare, not reality. But she just hugged him and tried to comfort him.

Pankhuri followed suit and hugged Krunal close, she was scared to look into his eyes devoid of emotions and his face white and expressionless, as if he didn't register anything.

But how could anything comfort those boys now? They both just lost their hero, their biggest believer, their biggest support system, their father.

But they had to calm themselves down. For their mother, who was at home with their baby Agastya, waiting anxiously for some good news. But the boys didn't know how to break the news to their mom now.

Nats and Pankhu shared a very grief stricken worried look. They took the hands of the boys and dragged them towards the car. Natasha stayed with them, while Pankhuri went back for Vaibhav, he also needed support.

Mayur, their very close friend, almost like a brother to them, assured them that he will see all the hospital proceedings and told Pankhuri to go back home with the rest.

Pankhuri nodded and went to the car and drove back home.

None of them were able to accept the fact that the most vibrant person in the house is no more. Till yesterday, he was their with them, as they were spending quality time with each other, and now he will be not there. He was the one who motivated everyone. He was the one who taught them how to live their life like a boss.

Damn!! He was the one who made them who they are today.

He was the one who left a well settled business, everything in Surat and shifted to Baroda so that his 6-year-old and 3-year-old sons could get proper training in cricket.

He was the one who fought with the school authorities, when they called out Krunal and Harry for missing classes, saying, "Aapko nhi pta humare bete kya karenge".

He was the one who taught them to never let go off their self respect in any situation. He was their everything.

And now he is no more.

The boys could hardly control their bolted up emotions but they knew they had to wait a little longer for that as they neared their home. They had to pacify their mother first.

"Kya hua?", asked Nalini anxiously, the moment she opened the door.

Natasha looked around and saw everyone unable to speak. So keeping her own pain aside, she whispered, "He...he is no more". Nalini stared at all of them for a moment before she stumbled. The boys immediately hugged her as she broke down completely. Pankhuri rushed to get some water as the others tried to calm their mom, each of them trying to control their own tears.
