You are the main writers of the community. From job description till introductions, everything will be up to you and your team. For becoming a community writer it is compulsory for you to be good at formulating creative things. You need to be able to write in a way, that people are attracted to the books and consider checking inside of the story.

You will be the guiding lights for the people who would be coming up with their confessions. You will be serving our Confessions Book, wherein you have to be kind and understanding enough to read and analyse people's confessions and provide them with unconditional positive regard, i.e. you have to be non-judgmental and patient enough to deal with those confessions. Along with it, you must know how to appreciate the positives in someone and provide polite constructive criticism to the ones with some negativity in their confessions. Empathy over sympathy is something everyone expects and that's one of the most important requirements. Note that, having a Discord Account is a must.
