Sandra Miller- a Gotham U student, where she met her two friends. They decided to devote themselves to fitness and self-defense for years. A very tall and pale woman, she colors her hair white.
Henchwoman name: Fright.
Her conditions in working for Scarecrow: She stays in the shadows, not committing crimes or fighting superheroes.
In a Goth band, she insists on music playing softly when working at the Scare Lair.
Rights to me(?) Though the lore rights go to DC Ent and WB Animation.
