Chapter 43

This chapter will have a few jumps in the timeline

I woke up in the middle of the night from someone
screaming and I recognised it was Ron's voice, I got up and threw a dressing gown on going into the common room

"What's all this noise" someone asked

"Professor Mcgonagall told us to go to bed" Someone else said

"Excellent are we carrying on?" Fred said brightly

"Shut up Fred" I groaned collapsing on the sofa

"Everyone back upstairs!" Percy yelled coming into the common room

"Perce- Sirius black, in our dormitory, with a knife, woke me up" Ron panted

Everyone went still and I sat up looking at George

"Nonsense, you had too much to eat Ron you had a nightmare" Percy said startled

"I'm telling you-" Ron started

"Now really enough is enough!" Percy yelled

The portrait slammed and Professor Mcgonagall came in staring at us furiously

"I am delighted that Gryffindor won the match but this is getting ridiculous! Percy I expected better than you"  Professor Mcgonagall shouted

"I certainly didn't authorise this Professor, I was just telling them all to go back to bed, my brother here had a nightmare-" Percy started

"It wasn't a nightmare!! Professor I woke up and Sirius black was standing over me holding a knife!!!" Ron screamed

"Don't  be ridiculous Weasley how could he have possibly got through the portrait hole" Professor Mcgonagall denied the fact it happened

"Ask him" Ron said pointing his finger at the portrait shaking

Professor Mcgonagall went out to the portrait and we all listened holding our breath

"Sir Cadogan did you just let a man enter Gryffindor tower?" She asked

"Certainly did good lady" sir Cadogan said joyfully

Then there was silence

"You, you did, but the password" Professor Mcgonagall stuttered

"He had them, he had the whole weeks my lady read them off a little piece of paper!" Sir Cadogan said proudly

Professor Mcgonagall came back into the common room with a sour look on her face

"Which person, which abysmally foolish person wrote down this weeks passwords and left them lying around" she said shaking

Everyone was silent until Neville longbottom raised his hand trembling

No one slept again that night and I spent the night in the twins room playing games, Professor Mcgonagall came back again around dawn and told us he escaped so the security has gotten a lot stricter

We managed to win the quidditch cup and the celebrations didn't stop for a whole week after, the weather seemed to continue being sunny throughout the celebration, our exams were approaching fast and I spent all my time studying with the twins as well as creating ideas for the joke shop

We finally finished out last exam and we ran into the courtyard lying on the floor and bench sunbathing in the heat

"I had no clue what any of that meant" Fred groaned

"Honestly neither" i said high fiving him "hey George how did you find it?"

There was no response and only silence, I looked over at him and smiled

"He fell asleep" I told Fred and Angie

"Mess with him?" Fred asked

"Definitely" Angie and I responded

I knelt down next to him and took my wand out, I pointed it at his face a whispered a incantation 'I love violet' was written on his forehead 'Fred is better' was on his left cheek and 'Angie is always right' was on his right cheek

It started getting dark and we woke George up and went inside to the common room

"Why is everyone looking at me?" George asked

"No clue" we all said

We got into the common room and George went to the bathroom, we were all laughing when George came storming in

"Get this off now" he demanded with a red face

"Sometimes I think we're going to give him a heart attack" I whispered to Fred and Angie

"Who did it?" He asked

Fred and Angie both pointed at me and my jaw dropped

"Snitches" I muttered going over to George "hey Georgieeeee"

"Get it off" he told me

"Yup" I said pointing towards my dorm and taking him there

I lifted my wand up and did the counter spell and the words vanished

"Sorry" I laughed jumping on my bed

George followed and lay down next to me, he grabbed my waist and I placed my hands around his neck kissing him

"I forgive you" he laughed kissing me again

I woke up the next morning next to George, I reluctantly got up and got ready for the day, when I was walking to the common room George joined me after getting ready in his room, we went into the great hall and everyone was whispering to each other

"What's going on?" I asked Angie

"Tell her" she said to Fred

I looked at Fred and he had a huge smile on his face

"Oh god what did Harry, Ron and Hermione do this time" I groaned
