I went as what Boun, my bestfriend, said. We are classmates since freshmen and went to the same club which is swimming club.

I was looking for about 20 minutes but to no avail so I went to the receptionist to ask but before I even got a single step I saw an angel, I maybe overacting but he's so ethereal. I went to him and there I forgot what I was doing

How am going to approach him? "Hi, I'm Ohm can I sit here?" No freaking way, he may find it weird. I compose myself before walking near him

"Hi, is this seat available?" I ask a little bit unsure but he just nod without saying anything. Oh crap, why I'm doing this? But he's so cute

I was about to say something again when he pack his things and leave. Maybe next time and I proceed to what I have to do before Boun smack my head

The next day I went to the library at the same time I saw him there but 30 minutes early hoping this time I will get some useful like his name or just his faculty. And I guess it's my lucky day cause he's there reading a book at the same spot where I saw him. I took a book first before going to where he is

"Hi, is this seat taken?" I ask again and just like what he responded to me the first time he just nod without giving me a look

"I saw you here often at the same spot, would you mind if I ask why? By the way I'm Ohm faculty of Business Administration" I said breaking the silence between us but he just flip the page and read

"Ahm, I'm sorry if I'm bothering you" I went on when I didn't get an answer, he lift his head and look around I follow what he did and when I turn back to him he again pack his things and leave but before he leave to the library's door he look at me for about a second then he fades away from my view. I guess I need some source

Weeks passed and I still didn't know his name nor his faculty I even didn't saw him for the past days I went to the library, I went to the club releasing my stress by swimming and punishing my teammates for a 10 lapses but I change my mind I saw him there smiling so bright with, Prem? He's giving a wai and a wave of goodbye when he saw me and so does Prem

"Oh P'Ohm you're early don't you have a class?" Prem ask

"No, our class is cancelled" I answer looking at the man I'm looking for about days

"Ahh, I have to go first na Phi I will just take my friend on the parking lot" he said and grab his so-called friend and leave. A friend? A friend! Prem is a friend of that boy, I must treat him lays then

With a wide smile I change my clothes into the swimming trunks

"You seems have a good day, you know his name already?" Boun ask, I told him about that boy when I ask him that I need help. How am I supposed to forget it when he smack my head and called me stupid for not taking a picture of him well that's true but at least there's Prem

"Nope, but your boy is a friend of him" I answer with a smirk

"You mean Prem? How'd you know?"

"I just saw him in the pool area with Prem and it came from Prem's mouth that he is a friend of that boy"

"Oh, you should treat us then" Boun said with a smirk

Fluke's POV

I was reading comfortably on my usual spot here in the library when I saw Ohm. He is my ultimate crush since the first day I saw him in the orientation but I never get close to him even though my friend, Prem, is his member. He never saw me and I'm thankful for that not until today, he went in my seat and ask me if the other seat is taken since it's not I just nod but the timing is so bad because I have a class already so I leave him

The next day I went to the library anticipating to saw him again he's earlier this time and again he asked me if the other seat's vacant and I just nod, he ask me why I'm here often so it means he noticed me ohmygoodness he even introduce himself which is by any chance no need because I know him. However, I just ignore his remark and continue what I'm reading but deep inside I'm really screaming

I got curious as to why he's here and chose to sit with me? I lift my head and look around and I just noticed that there are vacant seats so why he chose to seat with me? I glance at the wall clock displayed and it's 5 minutes before my next subject so I pack my things leaving him again. But before I could leave the library I look at him and there I knew he's up to something to me.

Days passed and I got busy on my club which is cooking club I even didn't see P'Ohm for days also even a glimpse of him.

Prem: can you bring it to the club na? I can't leave P'Boun will scold me if he didn't see me here, take care krub thank you na 😘

Fluke: Okay krub

I remove my apron and went to swimming area, since it's quite far from the cooking club and I have to go home so I chose to drive.

I walk through the pool area where the team are stretching

"Oh Fluke, thank you na" Prem walk towards me and I give him the paper bag containing the sandwich I made for his snacks. I smiled at him and wai to the others, I was about to go when I saw P'Ohm oh dear he's here

"Oh P'Ohm, you're early don't you have a class?" Prem ask, he's looking at me. Shit don't look at me like that

"No, our class is cancelled" he's still looking at me

"Ah, I have to go first na Phi I will just take my friend on the parking lot" Prem said and I can only sighed in relief, he saved my from that stare

It's been weeks since we saw each other, I admit I miss his presence but this couldn't be. We're different from each other, the day Prem told me that P'Ohm wants to know about I told him not to say anything I'm afraid of his reaction thus I ignore him. I busy myself cooking in the club not until today where I saw him again in the library but before I get in I turn my back but he grab my arm to stop me

"Hey, I'm sorry" He loosen his grip "I'm just worried why you're ignoring me" He said and I went silent just like how I always do

I grab my sticky note and something on it and give it to him, he take it with a confuse look but when he read it he was surprised

I leave before he could say something, I just don't know how will he react but I'm afraid of it so I leave him there

"I'm mute, I can't speak"

Days, Weeks and even Months had passed since the day I told him that I'm mute, maybe he get bored since he might think I'm not capable of something that the normal people could do like talking. So here I am like I usually do reading alone, there's no students in the 'novel's area' since It's still class time

I pack my things and about to leave when my pen fell under my table I scoot under and pick it up

"Is this seat taken?" I knew that voice and when I sat up there I saw the man being missing in action for months smiling brightly like nothing happen

I nod as response since per usual I couldn't speak

"Did I took too long?" He ask smiling brightly, I was about to step pass through him when he grab my arm

"I--- I'm sorry" He said again loosening his grip "And I'm sorry too for being MIA for months" I nod again he then turn me and wipe my wet cheeks, shit I didn't know I'm crying

"Ohmygod, please don't cry. I shouldn't leave you that long" He pulled me in a hug but release me too for about a minute

"I'm sorry, I went to study special education for sign language the next day you told me you're mute. I didn't told you because I want to surprise you but my schedule is so tough that I didn't get to see you" He explained, I pulled him back in a hug

No need to explain, I understand I signed
