"that was the best show of my life", I laughed as we returned to our hotel

"It was amazing!", jack said excited, "the people were speechless!"

"Wait until we do the next show", Daniel said

"You guys are forgetting what comes now, right?", Henley said, "we robbed a bank, so now it's time for the police"

That made me stop. I've been living alone since I'm 11, managing to somehow not get caught by the police. But now, that was gonna happen and I had no escape

"Geez Henley, you even made (Y/n) nervous", Merritt said

"I'm fine, I just- we need this plan to work, ok?", I said, "Henley is right, now comes the tricky part"

"But we have a solid plan", Daniel said, "annoying the police and getting out of there with no charges"

"Yeah,", Jack nodded

"Man, I'm sorry for the officer that has to interrogate you, Atlas", I chuckled

Even though I was still scared of going to prison, Daniel managed to lighten the mood

"Wanna revise the plan again?", Merritt asked

"We get there, we don't give them any reason but magic and get out", I said, "also Danny, you need to catch the phone"

"Yeah yeah, I know"

"How about relaxing a bit, huh?", Jack suggested

"Great idea. Wanna play a game?", I said

"Sure. Merritt c'mon, join us"

"Sorry guys, but I finally have time to read, so I'll pass"

"Henley?"

"Nope, I'm packing my stuff", she declined

"Danny! You have probably nothing better to do!", I laughed

"Actually, I'm really busy"

"Doing what? Looking out of the window?", Jack said

"Yes"

"Fine, then it's only you and me, Wilder", I smirked

But before we could do anything, the door swung open

"FBI! Hands where I can see them!!", The police entered

"Let's go. Get 'em up. Come on"

One of them grabbed me, pulling me up from my seat. They then did the same to Jack

"Uno minute", Merritt kept reading his book

"Put the book down!", The ordered

"Okay. You got me"

Now, Henley came down

"Freeze! Hands in the air!"

"Oh, my! Do one of you guys mind giving us a hand with our bags?", Henley acted nice

I was really nervous, feeling like I was going to panick, but then, Jack grabbed my hand, smiling at me

"Don't worry", he whispered

I smiled back, taking a deep breath

While we got escorted outside, the people from the hotel cheered, making me feel a bit better
