Poem#25: The Vision Beyond

The rabbit eats the warm green grass

Butterflies go racing past

The sky is quiet in the east,

And every creature feels at peace

With no enemy in sight,

The rabbit felt the world was right

On the far horizon grew

A fiery sunset red and true

The rabbit sat with utter fear

To see the fire rage so near

In fright his instinct made him freeze

But then his fear began to leave

He realized it was the sun

And watched the butterflies have fun
