Sigh here's my new job at this outpost.. I really hope they let me in as I need this job. I walk into the gates and find myself upon a guy in a yellow suit with a mask on, hi! Who are you? "I'm your boss , as you should know!" ah very sorry sir! "It's fine.. just don't get a slip up like that happen the next time to talk to me." he soon walks away as I take a sigh of relief, phew that was so nerve wrecking... I walk in a bit farther and find dorm rooms watch towers and other buildings. I stare in amazement as I've never been so a place as big as this. I keep on staring until someone startles me from behind . "Boo" ACK-! chocking on my own spit. I turn around to find boss looking at me with a quite serious look."head to work! I don't want you slacking on the first day." I scurry to my job as I have to reload guns ,flamethrowers etc . Soon enough I get finished with my job. I begin to head out to lunch at the cafe, I walk in and hear whispers, all of them directing to me. "look at that newbie! He looks so skinny and weak" "I know right!" I sigh as I get to get my lunch. Soup with crackers? Good enough.. I walk out wanting to enjoy it somewhere else besides the cafe. As it's way too loud in there and it gives me claustrophobia. I sit out looking at the sky noticing that it's already been dark, I worked for that long? I question myself. Soon enough I feel a pat on my back

GAH! I scream turning around to see boss, again? "now what are you doing out here? don't you want to go eat in the cafe? " soon I blurt out no! covering my mouth after, .... very sorry sir! "no need to apologize , I know i startled you quite a bit there" he soon takes a seat besides me gazing at the stars. I feel a small blush ignite onto my face, but small enough to go unnoticed, soon I take a sigh as I finish my soup and crackers

Soon I walk towards the dorm room where I will supposedly sleep, I lie down and feel something forming in my stomach... I begin to gag which startles the other soldiers around me, I quickly run to the bathroom to find myself leaning upon the sink. I look down to find blood... with vines and flowers..? I look at myself in the mirror, I gag. Once again I throw up, looking at the red dripping blood coming out from my mouth, and the flowers... I take a close look at them and figure out that they're... tulips? a few petals in the sink with some vines. I begin to clean it up as I hear a knock on the door, "hello, are you okay? The other soldiers told me about what happened" I'm in loss of words and blurt out something I quite regret saying... mmm y-yea I'm okay. Something just didn't feel right about what I said "well, if you say so. I just want the best for all my soldiers" I hear steps slowly fading away. I take a sigh of relief as I begin to hear back to the dorm rooms where I lay my head and begin to sleep.

I wake up and find other soldiers still in slumber. I walk out of the dorm rooms being quiet enough for nobody to hear. Soon enough I feel that feeling that I had felt previously that night. Soon enough I fall to the floor with a loud thump..

I wake up to find myself in the med bay with the other soldiers and boss staring at me. They all look puzzled as to why I passed out in the first place, soon I hear another soldier speak up "soo we all really suspect you of having uhm the disease 'hanahaki' " I stare at them in misbelief wondering how they had found out remembering that when I passed out that the blood and flowers I held in my mouth had probably gone everywhere. "we were all just wondering how could you find love in a place like this?" Those words got louder and louder in my mind as the world began to feel dizzy, dizzy.. dizzy... dizz- then I passed out.

I woke up being sat up right in a chair, facing boss. I look up to see him writing something. He quickly looks up and greets me. "Now that you have woken up, I have some questions for you." I stare at him possibly wondering what he would ask me. "Do you realize you have hanahaki?" I go pale, as I search for words nothing ever comes out we both just sit in silence "..." ... soon enough I find something to blurt out no I don't realize I have it , and I don't think I have it either. You must've mistaken me for a different soldier. He excuses me to leave and I take my leave. Walking out

as I walk out I decide to go to a watch tower. Where nobody can interfere with me and I can sit in silence.
I walk up the stairs up to the watch tower and look upon a forest of green trees. Counting how many there were...

I soon stop as I look down to where I am, I see boss... talking with someone else? Words begin to flood my mind "oh wow~ looks like he's talking to someone else now~?" I constantly tell my mind to shut up , shut up, shut up ,SHUT UP! now sitting at my desk writing a murder plan. Testing out my pen before I write, scribbles fill my paper as I get ready for a few hours of writing a murder plan. Sitting up right I begin to write

I write a letter to the that "someone" he was talking to, asking to meet at the gate. I soon see a soldier walking up to me, they had long light tint blue hair, I instruct them to come out in the forest to watch and look for birds with me that was a lie we walk out into the forest still close to the border walls. They soon finds a blue bird in the trees and takes their binoculars out to take a closer look. I wake up to her and ask what she sees. "I think it's a blue jay as it has the iconic black and white stripes and-" soon enough I stab them from the back, holding the knife where I stabbed them at. Bleeding out to death they call me a "BITCH! I SHOULDVE NEVER TRUSTED YOU!" whatever you say, I walk away from the crime I had committed smiling .

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP
The alarms go off startling everyone , a dead body of a soldier has been found on the outside walls!
everyone looks in misbelief "a soldier? Killed? Who would do that to their own comrade..." I start to smile as my plan had went out just like how guessed it were to happen. Everyone was called out to the meeting room to discuss the "death" on the outskirts of the outpost. "Hello soldiers, today we are here to discuss what happened today!"

-Torcher POV-
I can't believe someone would kill their own comrade.. for a reason I don't know either!
Today we recently found a dead body of a soldier on the outskirts of the outpost! We are looking into in and the first evidence we have is this knife. Carved into it it says.... I love you...? what an odd choice.
all the soldiers are looking at me thinking about what I had just said, we also need your guys help to find any evidence about this murder and for you to bring it here! We are all counting on you! I walk out of the room back up to my office, I pull out a picture of this one specific soldier, knowing that he did it.. for me...
