"Aurora why would you do that dumb shit?" Von asked sitting up now

"I just feel so low and alone" I cried

"Why you ain't call me and talk to me, you know imma always be there for you???"

"because there's nothing to say Von I got myself in this dumb situation..."

"What situation?"

"Of being pregnant and I'm not even with the father. I never imagined this for myself...I always saw myself being married first and in love. Not single and depressed trying to raise my first child on my own."

"Well Durk tried to get back witchu and you said you didn't want him, so now that changed?"

"I've always wanted him Von that's obvious...I love him, I just didn't want to let him back in so easily because of what he did"

"Yeah and I can understand that but you know people go through shit...maybe y'all should talk because this nigga said he on his way"

"WHAT??? You told him I'm in the hospital?"

"Well he told me he was worried about you because y'all was on FaceTime before all this shit happened........"

I laughed slightly at his description but still felt just ... unhappy

I thought the nurse was knocking on the door to come in but this must be Von's new girlfriend because I don't recognize her and with that cobalt blue wig she is not the nurse

"Hey...didn't mean to interrupt, just making sure y'all good" she said

"Alright Aurora this my new girl Asian...Asian this my crazy ass sister Aurora"

"Ummm not how I would've intended to meet you but hi..." I said awkwardly "and I'm not crazy however my brother is in which I'm sure you've learned"

She laughed and said "yes I definitely know he has his ways...but it's nice to meet you and I hope you get better, I'll be waiting out here babe" she said to Von

"Alright hold on ... Aurora we haven't ate shit so imma go grab somethin and come back, you want anything?"

"No ... ummm I'm fine, see you when you get back" I responded hugging him goodbye

He stopped at the door and said "you know imma be worried about you while I'm gone"

"Don't be" I smiled "plus they won't let me get away with anything in here" I felt my daughter kicking in my stomach and that brought the biggest smile to my face

"Alright I'll see you" he said shutting the door

I don't know what meds I was on but I was actually feeling super sleepy
