It was a beautiful evening with rain gently falling onto the street. The voice made Yachi feel relaxed while walking through the lonely street alone

She was used to this. Walking alone after Her
College class finished, using her headphones listening to soft music to accompany her all the way back. But today it's raining

Near this street is a famous romantic cafe for college lovers, she remembers her first date with her boyfriend there

She recently graduated from high school and moved to Tokyo to continue her studies.

Just then, she happened to see him and ended up dating him. Akaashi (her boyfriend) doesn't have much time to spend with her because he is busy with his volleyball practice (he's volleyball athlete)

Feeling nostalgic about the cafe, Yachi decided to visit there just to see some lovers and maybe order a drink

She jumped in the puddle happily headed there. jump and jump splashing water everywhere, full of joy and laughter

Well- until she heard a familiar voice nearby. Oh, I haven't told you about the elegant little garden near the cafe, it's not like the cafe this place isn't full of people. This place is usually empty.

Yachi stopped in her tracks and lay down on the grass, listening to the conversation of a familiar voice. There seems to be two people there, maybe lovers?-

There is a reason why the garden is usually empty. They are both romantic places but the garden is mostly used as a confessional

' why are you starring at me Bokuto-San? '

Said a familiar voice who happened to be Akaashi. Yet she felt stupid for not knowing her boyfriend's voice at first, but now that she did, why was he in the park with Bokuto?

He said he was busy with practice but guess what? he still has time to be in the romantic garden with her best friend Koutarou Bokuto.

' Cause maybe if i look away , you will be gone '

both of them. in the same college, the same volleyball team, and from the same high school and also best friends. you two always meet

Yachi the positive girl thinks that his words are normal for a very close friend, being afraid of losing each other is normal

' I will never leave you again Bokuto-San '

He never leave him before, what's up with the 'again'?

this is getting confusing. It felt romantic but at the same time it wasn't- because there's no way the two of them would fall in love right?

Just processing the scene that just happened in front of her, until she realized the boys were now kissing each other.

Does that mean they like each other and Akaashi will leave her now? Or do friends "kiss each other?"

Her natural reaction caused her to stand up from where she were watching. The two of them are standing with red faces now

Akaashi's words cut off Bokuto's words. Akaashi was different when he was with Bokuto than he was. He looks bolder, more caring, gentler and she knows for sure he became like this because of Bokuto

She knew she deserved to be angry and yell at him. But deep down she knew that her madness would be of no use to anyone. She couldn't blame him for preferring the same gender and feeling more comfortable with other people

It's just the way he does it.. it would be better if he said it instead of hiding it..

' i'm sorry for interrupting, i will go now'

She whispered with her head looking down at the grass then walked away from there with teary eyes. Bokuto wanted to catch her to calm her down but Akaashi held him back

' no need to worry Kou, she already understand it'
' i know her really well '

now that their relationship is over, does this mean she has to move out of their apartment? Have they broken up or not? When did all this start?

So many questions raced through her head until she realized she was standing in front of someone's apartment. Someone familiar

what an opportunity to stand in front of her own ex apartment in Tokyo. Kozume Kenma, volleyball player from Nekoma High School

it had been a long time since their last meeting, she wasn't sure if he still lived there. maybe fate wanted her to meet him today..... hahaha no way. Of course she didn't dare to knock on the apartment door

she decides to go back to her apartment, because she has to pack all her things and move to a new apartment. she booked a hotel room for her tonight on her way to the apartment because she didn't have enough time to look for a new apartment room this late.

opening the apartment door felt so different now, she knew that this would be the last time she would see this room. She took a deep breath and opened the door. of course the smell of the room hit her right away, the room smelled of fresh mint because of Akaashi's perfume

slowly wandering in the room, she took her suitcase and kept an eye on all her belongings such as her makeup, her clothes, her stationery, her bag and also her shoes.

memory after memory kept popping up in her mind, the white gloves she was wrapping now were the gloves he gave her when they were in their first snow season together. She remembers how they made snowmen together all day long

The floral pastel dress she is wrapping now is one of the gifts he gave for her birthday. she remembers his words well " wear this dress in the middle of the flower garden, i will still see you clear since you stand more colors and beauty rather than the flowers "

now that her bag was full of her belongings, she still felt something was missing. a hoodie... not her hoodie but his hoodie...I mean...he wouldn't mind if she took one right?

She's wearing one of her boyfriend's hoodies, it feels comfortable and of course it feels like he's hugging her from her back

She couldn't help it, it hurt it really hurt her. feelings of loss and betrayal mixed into one and all she could do was accept it. tears fell continuously as she sat on the floor carpet crying in the corner

She had to be strong, she had to do it for both of them. the day will go on and the pain will start to go away with time right? everything will be fine....

inhale...then exhale...she repeated until she felt ready to stand up and leave the apartment. stood up.raised her feet.started walking.walked to the door..and finally waved one last time there

"Goodbye my dear home, goodbye for the first and last time"

"goodbye akaashi, i will always support you from afar, i will always help you whenever you need me, because whatever happens between us i will still love you.."

"goodbye bokuto, take care of our house and Akaashi. I wish the best for your relationship"
