A Vic Fuentes & Kellin Quinn Love Story

I silently walked Kellin through the bus and to the bed. He had his hands covering his face, trying to hide his tears. I sat him down and took his jacket off. I let him lay in the bed and I pulled the covers over him before kissing his head and joining the other guys in the front.

"How's he doing?", Jaime asked.

"He's upset... and overly sensitive", I added

"He has a reason to be angry, Vic. I mean, you two are all everyone is talking about. There's a lot of negative things floating around about you guys. Besides, a magazine was just published about you two having sex together. That kinda is a big deal", Jaime responded in Kellin's defense.

"Yeah. I know, I know", I agreed. "How am I gonna make these rumors stop? They're going to destroy me"

"We're all in this together. We've got your back bro. You'll never have to deal with this alone", Mike said.  

The others nodded in agreement.

"Thanks you guys. Y'all go on out. I'm gonna stay here with Kel and talk to him", I said with a fake smile as I returned to Kellin.

I got into bed in front of him and got under the covers. He wasn't sleep, but his eyes were closed. I stared at him for a sec, then I pressed my forehead against his and rubbed my nose with his.

A little smirk spread across his face. With his eyes still closed, he said "I'm sorry. This is the second time in a few days that I've had a mental breakdown. This whole tour is just overwhelming, you know?"

"Yeah I know. And it's ok. I love dealing with your mental breakdowns", I said sarcastically.

Then, I began to tickle him. He yelled and wriggled in bed uncontrollably. His laughter was the most beautiful thing I've ever heard. It always brightened my mood.

When I finally stopped, he looked at me and told me how thankful and gracious he was for having someone as amazing as me.

Before long, our tour manager, Benton, walked in and told us that an interview had been scheduled for tonight.

"We need to clear up these rumors. You both have your careers at stake. You get up there on stage and tell the people what they wanna hear, got it?", Benton said firmly.

"Yeah. Except, I won't just tell the fans 'what they want to hear', besides, some of them like the fact that we're together. I'm gonna tell the truth. Kellin and I are proud of our relationship. We've made it too far to turn back now", I also stated firmly.

"Vic, stop being crazy. These things that are going on aren't going to stop unless you put an end to this foolishness", he said in agitation. "Don't get me wrong, I love you guys' relationship. But this is not healthy for your career. And my job as your manager is to make the best decisions to help your career advance", he retorted.

I stood up and looked him in the eye. "I love our relationship, too. And this isn't foolishness! I don't care if my career ends right here, right now! I love Kellin and I'm not gonna act like I don't for anyone!", I retaliated.

"Victor! You're not thinking straight! Do you hear what you're saying? I suggest you reconsider. You should trust me. I've always done what was best for you! And I know that this is what's best! Just do it! You won't regret it later!", he commanded.

I looked at him and just shook my head. "No", I said. "No. I won't. I've worked too hard and I've come too far", I said simply.

Kellin stood up beside me. "I agree Ben. We wanted to come out because, eventually, our lives will be a whole lot easier because we won't have to hide. I'm on Vic's side", he said softly.
