that girl is beautiful i tell you

her eyes are brown, melting pools of gold

under her eyes are dark crescents, they’re always there

long, dark locks of brown hair laced with shiny auburn ribbons

her cheeks glow with colour, as they flush when she speaks

her soft, delicate jawline that tightens as she flexes her jaw

a beautiful smile that appears so often, and dimples that pinch only her left cheek

long, straight eyebrows that are just slightly uneven

and a voice that could stop time, just by its velvety cadence

and you called her normal? you mustn’t see what i see
