This is an AU where Voldemort had died when he went to kill Harry in Godric's Hallow. The guilty (aka Peter Pettigrew) went to Azkaban instead of the innocent (aka Sirius Black.) Sirius ended up raising Harry instead of the Dursleys. All of the Deatheaters have retired and Voldemort cannot and will not be resurrected .
