-He is SO NERVOUS
-All he's known for his whole life are strict parents
-He looked semi-calm on the outside, per usual
-But he was FREAKING OUT
-He was extremely respectful to your parents
-You could visibly see that he was tense
-You had to excuse the two of you for a minute to calm him down
-You put your hands on his shoulders and gave them a small squeeze before hugging him
-He relaxed into the hug
-After separating, you held his hand under the table for the rest of the night to calm his nerves
