Poetry-
The feeling of loneliness,
Even in the midst of a roaring crowd.
Cramped inside your head,
a myriad of thoughts at battle to assert dominance over your dwindling conscience.
Your exterior void of any proof of the internal conflict that threatens to take over your entire being.
The only trace being the elevated streaks on your skin.
My love, do not fret,
for you are a warrior.
I know it feels like you are drowning,
But i know for a fact that you were born to be that free bird soaring high above.
It is high time you indulge in self love.
So dear reader,
regain your wings, embrace your battle scars.
Don't you know?
Once mended,
broken wings rise farther than the stars. 🌌
