Chapter 15: I'll Be There

Michael POV

After a couple of hours with my family, they left. I had some much fun & enjoyed spending time with them. Now, i need to call Alana. I went in the kitchen & dialed her number. She picked up after 2 rings.

"Michael?"

"Hey, Alana."

"Michael baby i'm scared," she said in a worried tone.

Alana POV

Yeah i let that shit get to me. Nobody knows what he's capable of.

"Why baby? Whats wrong?"

"When i came back in my hotel room today, Jeremiah was waiting for me."

"Jeremiah?"

"Yes baby. He was trying to get me to come back to him & when i wouldn't say yes he.... He..."

"He what Alana?"

"I think he was about to rape me or beat me. I don't know. But i kicked him & ran. Security got him & he threatened me. And he threatened you. Michael i'm scared & i don't want him to hurt you baby." I was starting to get overwhelmed from the panic & fear. I did not want him to touch me again.

"Baby, baby, baby calm down. Look i'm going to come to where you are. I'm not gon let him touch you or harm you. I swear on my life baby not at all ok? I will protect you with my life. Nothing is going to happen to you ok?"

"Ok Michael."

"Now go to sleep baby. I'll catch the first flight i can to New York ok?"

"Mhmm. Baby can you sing me to sleep?"

Michael POV

"Sure baby. What you want me to sing?"

"I'll be there." I smiled. She loves that song so much.
