◣THAT TREBLE◥

Bumper, Greg, Uni, and Hat all sat around the dorm as the other trebles left to go home for spring break. Hat was leaving for break too, but decided to hang out with us until his taxi made its way to campus.

"Where does your family live again?" I asked Hat, turning my attention to him.

"Alabama, have you ever been?" Hat asked, causing Bumper's attention to shift towards us.

"Oh no, not really on my bucket list." I said stifling my laughter as Hat playfully shoved me.

"Alabama is actually really nice." Bumper said snidely.

"Yes, you would think that." I said back just as snarky, giving him a look of disapproval.

"Look at Donald playing brother in law, isn't it just the sweetest?" Greg grinned while nudging me as he broke up Bumper and I's bickering.

"Shove it, Greg." Donald said rolling his eyes as he handed his phone to Tommy to let him play temple run.

"I think it's cute." I said shrugging my shoulders, as Donald narrowed his eyes at me.

"Well then damn right i'm the best brother in law, right Tommy?" He said nudging him.

"Hm?" Tommy said as his eyes remained glued to the screen in front of him.

"Hey, I'll even buy the special features for you." Donald said raising his eyebrows as Tommy quickly glanced up and shoved the phone back in Donald's hands.

"Kiss ass." Uni coughed quickly in Donald's direction. We all snickered as Donald rolled his eyes.

"I keep dying. I quit." Tommy said while throwing the phone onto the bed as he stood up and stretched.

"You're shirt is wrong." Tommy said pointing at the shirt Hat was wearing, the iconic maroon tee with the yellow 'treblemaker' lettering plastered on it.

"What?" He asked confused as he stared down at his shirt confused.

"You spelt trouble wrong, but it's okay everyone makes mistakes." Tommy said shrugging, as he smiled at Hat.

"Oh no, its a pun."

"Huh?"

"Treble, it's a music note. It's what we call our group." Hat tried to explain causing Tommy to just furrow his eyebrows in confusion, before his eyes widened in surprise.

"Oh, music! I'm great in my music class!" Tommy said grinning as Bumper scoffed.

"Oh, really?"

"Yeah! I can be in your music group!" Tommy said making his way over to Bumper excitedly.

"Alright then, can you meet here at Ceeeee?" Bumper said before breaking off into a C note as he sang the letter C, waiting for Tommy to join him.

"Ceeeeee." Tommy sang very off key as he tried matching Bumper.

"No, I'm still very much lonelyyy." Bumper continued singing in a C note as we all watched.

"I'm there with youuuu." Tommy sang back still very much off key.

"No, you're not, you're not even close. This can't possibly sound the same to youuu" Bumper sang as I shook my head.

"Maybe I can help, I'm also here at Ceeeee." I sang, Bumper joining me as we both sang in a C note while singing the letter C.

"Ceeeeee." Tommy sang, even deeper than he was before.

"Nooo, that's not even a note. I feel like you're doing it on purposeee." Bumper continued singing as I shook my head in disproval at Bumper's tone.
