Bryce POV:

I got in the car and start driving and put on still softish. Until I heard.

L: AND IF IM BEING HONEST YOUR JUST A BLEEPING NWOVISH, STILL SOFTISH. YOU SOFTISH!!
I took out my found in shock and recorded it. The song was over and I ask Leah something.

B: princess how do you know that song.
L: my babysitter played it all the time and we had dance party's.
B: oh ok. Leah princess do you know where we are going* I say looking in the mirror to see her*
L: nwo where are we going?
B: umm we are going to the doctors.
L: w-what nwo dwaddy I don't want to *she says shyly*
B: how about if you be a big girl I will take you to get toys and donuts? * I say that knowing it would work*
L: OK!
We arrive at the hospital. I get out of the car and take her out of her car seat.
She puts her head in the crock of my neck.

I walk into the doctor.
(Hospital lady/ HL)

HL: Hello who are you here for?
B: hello my name is Bryce hall and I'm here for my daughter Leah Hall.
HL: ok her doctor will be her soon.
B: ok thank you so much.
HL: No problem.
I go to the waiting room and sit down.

L: dwaddy?
B: yes baby girl?
L: can i watch wiggles on your phone pls?
B: ofc baby girl
*5 min later*

Leahs doctor/ LD

LD: Leah hall!
I pick up Leah and walk in the doctors room. I sat her down on my lap while I sit on a chair.

LD: hello Mr. hall what brings you here today?
B: Umm I just adopted Leah and she is 2 years old but is very light for a two year old so I'm kind of worried.

LD: ok I'm going to do a few test. Ms. Leah do you mind standing on that scale for me?

L: *looks up from my phone* Will you hurt mwe *she says shyly*
LD: ofc not I'm going to check your weight.
She shakes her head an put it in the Croke of my neck.
B: Leah baby's girl it's not going to hurt ok.
She nods and gets off my lap.

<AFTER CHECK UP>

LD: ok Leah do you want to go to the play room?
L: yes pwease.
Leah goes to the play room and I go sit down in LD office.

LD: ok i have bad news.

My heart stopped I was so scared.

B: O-Ok
LD: ok so Leah has a rare condition call Magetal, Magetal is a condition where a child's body is younger than it should be.
B: can you explain pls?
LD: ofc.
LD: she has a body of a 12 month year old baby that's why she is so light. She will need to be potty trained and if she become very clingy it's normal. As she gets older she will start to be her actual age so by time she is 6 she will be a toddler, by time she is 10 she will be a kid and by time she is 17 she will be a teen and she will be very shy. To solve this you will need to keep her in diapers and give her binkys. If she does not cry you need to make her cry. Make sure she eats 3 meals a day
And make sure at least one of them are healthy. She also needs lots of naps through out the day. And one last thing she will get tired very easily as if she walks up the stairs.

B: wow that's a lot to take in *I say tearing up*
LD: do you want to hear the other bad news?
B: what! Theres more?
LD: yes I'm sorry, she didn't get the treatment she was supposed to be getting.
B: o-oh ok * I say shedding a tear*
LD: do you need time or..?
B: no can you tell me now?
LD: yes. Ok she had an eating disorder that can not be treated I'm so sorry .😞
That's when my heart broke. My daughter has an eating disorder that can not be treated.

B: O-ok thank you* I say getting up and chocking on my words*

LD: no problem.

I walk into the playroom and see Leah sleeping in a doctors arms, I go up to the lady.

B: hi thank you for watching her, I really appreciate it.
Doctor: your welcome here you go.
*she handing me Leah*

I walk to the car and put her in her seat.
Once I get in the car I broke down. I was crying for the first time in a long time. I head to sway.
