It was the day after and I was still upset but I decided to get up and put on a brave face so I went for a morning jog in my leggings, sports bra and new trainers as I listened to music.
Once I was done I went back home and got myself a blood bag I thought that if I ignored Kol I would hopefully forget about him but I can't.
