Ch 06 - Sleeping near the lake is a Bad Idea

After a Short meet and greet with the child Named Klee and watching said child get dragged off to solitary confinement, (Y/N) went off somewhere to the woods near the lake to do nothing and waste time

"... I guess I should continue what I was doing..." He sighs as he summoned another book and began reading to pass time, unknowingly falling asleep as he read each chapter of the book

(Y/N)'s body was leaning to the tree as the wind blows, the pages of the book in his hands started fluttering until it finally closed itself "(Y/N)...?" A calls to his name didn't wake him up

Lumine walked around the forest "Jean said he was going to be here..." She says as she continues to look around the forest with no success, where was he?

She noticed a small book near the tree, being curios as she is, she went to pick it up, also discovering the sleeping man "There you are..." Noticing the quiet snores, she spoke quietly. Not wanting to disturb the sleeping man

She stood for a second before sitting near him and examined the book ".. An ImPulse for music...?" Was (Y/N) trying to become a musician? Before her hands could even open the book, (Y/N)'s head lowered to her shoulders

Her body froze and her face started blushing, What was needed to do in this situation? "Hnn...?" (Y/N)'s waking voice was destroying her train of thoughts, he sleepily looked around before facing Lumine "oh hello..."

"I-im sorry... Did I w-wake you up...?" Her voice was going quiet as she speaks "negative..." He shakes his head trying to snap out of his sleepiness "...sorry..."

Lumine was confused from his apology, what was he apologizing for? She kept on thinking  until (Y/N)'s head slowly laid down on her lap

She was full mode panicking and blushing as the man slowly continues his sleep, she tried to calm herself but she couldn't 'Deep breaths Lumine... Calm down' she keeps on saying that to herself but her mind was too focused on the sleeping (Y/N) who suddenly declared her as a lap pillow

She slowly raised her hand and shakily moved it into his head, after touching his soft (H/C) hair she calmed down, she continues to rub his head as. She looks to the sea with a blushing face 'i... I did it...!' she was proud of herself on what she has done... Until she realized something and frowned 'i still have something to do...'

She quickly looked at the sleeping man at her lap, She really didn't want to disturb his sleep because she knew that he hadn't take his sleep for days 'what do I do..?'

She sighed and continued rubbing the boy's head while looking at the lake... Times flies fast doesn't it? The first thing that happened after she woke was meeting this guy at the beach and helped her survive long enough to meet Paimon and venture out...

What would had happened if he wasn't here? Would her life still be the same? She questioned herself before sighing, She should at least be proud of what was happening at the moment, This was like a blessing for her

This was hard to keep calm on, Lumine's blushing face came back instantly as (Y/N) slowly nuzzled in her legs, trying to find a comfy position, She quickly held her mouth shut. "Hn...." His head was now facing Lumine as he slept, which caused her to ,once again, Panic deep inside her heart

(Y/N) was beginning to feel uncomfortable due to the shaky pillow he have, decided to move his head a bit further to her chest. it didn't take long for Lumine to go full on flustered mode and panic, causing (Y/N) to shortly wake up afterwards "S-s-s-sorry!" Lumine squeaked while holding her face in embarrassment "... nice pillows..."
