Plot: Y/N Toshi is a young man who was born with a rather unique and powerful quirk and because of it he has long forgotten how it feels to be loved this was because all his life people were always in awe of his quirk and there he was always the center of attention the doctor who told him about his quirk killed his parents because he wanted to hand y/n to his master but was stopped by the heroes no one else besides his now deceased parents actually loved or cared about him everyone in his life always complemented him about his quirk it was always about his quirk that they only cared about and not him as if they never truly cared about him but then y/n meets a girl by the name of Izumi Midoriya who was amazed by his quirk but also complemented y/n because she noticed that y/n always work to make sure his quirk were at there best and how she showed genuine concern to him when y/n accidentally cut himself it was a feeling y/n that the young man thought he was never going to feel again but unknown to y/n was that it was the start of something wonderful

Quirk Info: Power Manifestation is a quirk that gives its user the ability to manifest a quirk of their own by understanding another person's quirk then the user will be able to manifest that same quirk in a way the quirk seems like it is copying a quirk but no it isn't because the user is really manifesting their own quirks but the user is able to manifest their own quirks by understanding how they should work down to their strengths and weaknesses if The user does this right they will be able to manifest their own quirks instead of manifesting the quirks of others but the user cannot manifest more than one quirk at a time as they would feel a painful strain throughout their body and if they try to push it the quirk will shut down for 20 minutes and because of the Quirk shutting down the other Quirks that the user had already manifested will become unavailable to be used this will leave the user vulnerable to attack
