Plot: Shoto Todoroki had suffer at the hands of his father because the man couldn't beat All might so decide to beat the number one hero through Shoto then the incident what happened with his mother did make Shoto hate his father and make not use the fire side of his quirk but that all stopped when Shoto Todoroki went up against Izuku Midoriya did finally started using the fire side of his quirk his last battle was saving his brother from himself and saved his friend Izuku from Toumra who tried to take the green hero down with him Shoto was then dragged away and was in front of divine being named Joy(Me) the divine being told Shoto that his power is needed and that he is needed as well to teach them on how to use his quirk Y/N Tekko the new wielder of the fire and ice quirk trained and went around the world fighting and protecting and saving innocent lives then his travels got him to Chaldea and next thing that was that y/n became one of the last masters of Chaldea and was now fighting to protect humanity

Quirk Info: Half Hot Half Cold is a quirk that gives its user the ability to Generate and manipulate fire and ice but unfortunately the user can only generate fire and ice through either their left or right side of their bodies that if the user is not careful they will either suffer from frostbite or overheating or heatstroke or dehydration but because the user can generate fire and ice they would be able to cool themselves or heat themselves up in order to counter the drawbacks
