Dean walked into the map room to find Sam doing some research on a hunt that Dean had found this morning.

He sat down.

"Hey, Sammy," Dean said after clearing his throat. Sam looked up. "I need to talk to you about something. I mean, like, I know we're about to start a new hunt and whatnot, but I wanted to go ahead and get this out."

"Of course." Sam said, shaking his head and closing his laptop. "You know I'm always here for you."

Dean blushed. He didn't realize how hard this was gonna be.

"You okay, Dean?" Sam asked.

"Yeah! Yeah, sorry man." Dean shook his head. "So, I've been thinking lately, and, like, you know how I've always said I don't like guys?" God, he wanted a drink. But he swore to himself that he was gonna do this sober.

"Yeah," Sam did, with a ghost of a smirk on his face.

"Uh... do you think people believe me?"

"Not a whole lot of people still living really know you, Dean. And then most people who knew us are dead. So I don't know."

Dean looked at the map on the table. "Well, um, do you believe me?"

Sam laughed outright. "Not for a second. I'm pretty sure I knew before you did, if you want me to be honest." He stopped laughing. "I'm sorry for laughing, you're having a hard time wrapping your mind around this aren't you?"

Dean nodded, still staring at the table.

"Hmm," Sam said. "Try saying it. Like, actually saying it. It may help."

"Oh, ok, I guess." Dean paused. He blushed again. "I- I'm b..." he grunted. "I'm bisexual," he blurted. Then he smiled. "I'm bisexual," he said again, but with more confidence. He looked at sam, grinning ear to ear.

Sam had a pretty big smile himself. "So, had any guy crushes?" Sam asked.

A certain winged friend of theirs popped into Dean's head. His blush returned. He shook his head a little too quickly with wide eyes.

"zYou liar," Sam said. "Whmmlo is it? You can tell me." Dean shook his head again, sure his entire face looked like a tomato. "C'mon. Do I know the guy?" Dean didn't say anything. "I do know him, don't I?" Dean stayed silent, decidedly staring at the table, still. "Don't tell me." Sam pointed at Dean. It's Cas." Dean's eyes shot up. Sam gasped. It is Cas, isn't it?!" Dean slowly nodded. "Wait, wait, wait." Sam's eyes grew wide. "Does he know?" Dean shook his head, officially incapable of speech. "Dude, you should tell him. I'm pretty sure he likes you, too."

"No way," Dean dismissed the thought. He never got that lucky. He's been in love with the angel for so long, he was sure he'd know if Cas liked him back.

"Dean, I'm like 97% sure he does," Sam said. "You don't see the looks he gives you, I do. Tell him."

"Do you really think I should?" Dean asked a little nervously.

"Yes, actually, I do. You never know what could happen if you don't take a chance, especially with our lifestyle. Chance it, man. See what happens." He stood up, clapping Dean on the arm. Just before he turned a corner and out of sight, Dean called his name. Sam turned back around.

"Thanks for listening to me, man," Dean said.

"What are brothers for?" Sam said with a smile before smiling at Dean and walking out of the room.

Dean walked to the kitchen to get a beer, celebrating his small victory, support and advice from his brother.
