Dean walked into his bedroom to find Cas, who had unspokenly, permanently moved into Dean's room, sitting on His bed, reading. His eyes drifter straight down to his mouth, just like they had been doing for the past couple of days.

He crawled over to lay down next to Cas. Dean enjoyed being soft around Cas. It was like he could be whoever he wanted to be, even himself, and Cas would never judge him.

Dean rolled and rested his head on Cas's shoulder. "Read to me?" Dean asked.

Cas nodded and began to read the book to Dean, just starting where he was at. Dean wasn't really paying attention. He was thinking about Cas's lips. He wanted to kiss them.

He pulled back to look at Cas's lips, the way they moved while he was reading whatever to Dean. He knew that he was allowed to kiss Cas, after all, they were officially dating now. Dean didn't know why he was so nervous. It didn't make any sense.

Dean really wished he would stop thinking so hard about this. It would be so much easier of he just, you know, kissed him.

So he did just that. Cas was still in the middle of reading to Dean when he just leaned in with a hand on Cas's chest and pressed his lips lightly to the angel's. Cas didn't even question it, just kissed him back. He set his book to the side and placed a hand on Deans cheek to hold him in place while Cas slipped his tongue into Dean's mouth. Dean sighed against Cas's mouth and melted into the kiss that he had so looked forward to, that didn't disappoint.

He could stay here for hours with their lips locked together, and Cas did not seem opposed to the idea.

So that's what they did. They stayed curled up against each other, every type of kiss that you think of crossing between them. Slow And sweet. Light. Passionate. Burning, borderline clothes-off-kiss that they realized they might need to slow down. It was actually when Cas had crawled on top of him and moaned that Dean had to be like whoa. The sound of it turned Dean on a bit too much, and made him realize that of they didn't cool it, Dean wasn't be able to  find it him to stop.

They slowed down their kiss again with Cas back on Dean's side. But it wasn't long before Dean was picking it up again. His tongue slipped back into Cas's mouth and felt the deepest corners of it. Things started getting steamy again when Cas decided that he wasn't going down without a fight.

"Whoa, babe," Dean said, still getting used to calling Cas 'babe.' "Chill."
Cas grinned.

"My apologizes, Dean," Cas said with a chuckle. " I couldn't stand the opportunity. "I like it when we're moving faster."

Dean laughed. "Yeah, me too," he said. "But it makes me feel like if I don't chill out a bit, I won't stop later, when it matters most. And I don't wanna rush this with you Cas."

Cas blushed. "Thank you, Dean," was all he said.

Cas wrapped his arms around Dean and cuddled up to him, then ended falling asleep there.
