Gadget: Signal Wipe Drone

User
Scott "Crow" Branwen

Lead specialist
Grace "Dokkaebi" Nam

Description: "As if Mute and his signal disrupters weren't annoying enough, Crow comes in and makes my life a living hell. Anyhow Crow's
Signal Wipe Drone is a brilliant piece of tech, it's actually very similar to the gadgets of Nøkk and Vigil but surprisingly more team orientated. Once active, the signal wipe will not only wipe crow's drone away from cameras, it will also wipe the signal of anyone who happens to be nearby which surprised me as Crow never gave the impression of being a team player."

BACKGROUND
CIA operative Scott Branwen was born in Baltimore Maryland to a very quiet family as his upbringing would also be very quiet as his record was spot clean unofficially. Once he graduated high school, Scott would attend the University Of Maryland for two years but would enlist in the army.

Scott's brief time in the army was quiet but he proved himself to be a good soldier to get the mission done no matter the circumstances which proved to be key for him being recruited into Delta Force at 24 years old. He shortly had his first operation with Delta Force where and other Delta operatives eliminated a well known terrorist known as Abu Kamal.

Scott for his efforts in the raid was recruited into the CIA SAD unit where a good amount of his career is blacked out for reasons of national security and safety. In 2014 Scott would work with FBI operatives Ash and Thermite to retaliate against a groups of terrorists responsible for killing american tourists in Bosnia. He came to be decent friends with both but would disappear off the grid.

He would reappear randomly during operation Black Swan, and among a small amount of operations classified to the highest degree. Nobody could figure out what he's been doing during these times and as such is often listed as missing in action but rumors circulate he's been all over doing operations heavily classified in Africa, Scandinavia and South East Asia.

PSYCHOLOGICAL
"Unfortunately I couldn't get an audience with Crow himself given he's currently listed as missing in action but specialist Maverick gave me insight into Crow as he worked closely with him on multiple occasions. Maverick described Crow as hardworking and dedicated to his work to a point that he's a perfectionist, due to this Crow considers himself to be a lone wolf but is more than willing to work with others.

Crow is said to have never spoken willingly unless he has to but Maverick also stated that Crow willingly listens to people and what's on their mind and will provide advice if he can help. Maverick continued saying that Crow tries his best to avoid confrontations as he found them to be a waste of air and noted that Crow never got along with attention seekers most notedly from the Army Rangers and Marines.

Maverick finished off saying he hasn't seen Crow for a couple years and is baffled with the occasional disappearances as he's tried looking for him but never found a trace, not once."
