The next morning

You wake up and look to your side. Bimini isn't there anymore..
There's a note their that says:

Sorry I had to leave so early but here's my number.

You put their number in your phone and you consider messaging them but you think that would be too clingy.
You decide to get up and have breakfast, you put some Cheerios into a bowl and go over to the fridge to get some milk.
You pick up the carton and it felt empty you pour the carton over your cereal but nothing comes out.
You'd ran out of milk.😩
You're determined for a bowl of cereal so you go out to the supermarket, luckily they had just opened.
You walk in the door and realise you're still wearing Biminis jacket , you hold it close to your remembering what happened last night.
You were so chuffed They left their jacket.
They will probably want it back tho...
Suddenly you get a notification on your phone from
"Bimini"
Without hesitation you instantly open it and it says:

Alright babes, the milk I drank yesterday wasn't... cows milk was it...

You reply with:

No it wasn't I buy almond milk.. why do u ask?

Bimini:
Oh that's great! I'm vegan so thank god!😌

Well at least you now knew they were vegan for future reference...
you look down the isles for the ALMOND milk and you soon enough find the milk isle and then the almond milk you were looking for.
Trying to keep your eyes open you pick it up and head to the till.
On your way there you see someone with long yellow hair...
Bimini...
no you're just imagining it.
You put your single carton of almond milk on the till and wait to pay.
You watch the person with yellow hair closely..
they're a bit too far away to make out any distinct features.

Chashier: " hello! Will you be paying by card or cash? Hello?"
You finally snap back to reality.
"Oh! I'll be paying by card please"
You look back up to where you thought you saw Bimini but no one was there.
You look around a bit but there was no one .

Were you seriously THAT sleep deprived that you're now seeing things ?!

You pay for your milk and head to the exit. As you're walking you notice Biminis jacket still smells like them, it's a sweet but musky scent.
You're really missing them.
You felt a bit stupid because you'd not known them for very long at all but your feeling were so strong.
You walk on home and approach the road.
Out of nowhere you hear are car inching towards you. You turn to look and see it's about to hit you. You step backwards in attempt to get out of the way but you weren't fast enough.
Suddenly you feel a pair of arms wrap around your waist and pull you back.
You're back on the pathway. Safe.
You turn around instantly and look up.
..Bimini!
Y/N: " Bimini!"

You hug them tightly and they hug back

Y/N: "thank you so much"

Bimini: "be more careful babes! You could have died!"

They look down and see you're holding a carton of almond milk.
Bimini: "are you going vegan now?"
They laugh.
Y/N: " ahah yeah right 😂😭" "I'm a vegetarian but I don't think I could go vegan"

Bimini: " I'll cook you one of my vegan dinners and you'll soon change your mind."

Y/N: "hmm... go on then. But i won't guarantee I'll go vegan"

Bimini:"ahaha you wait babes" "come over now"
Y/N: " but it's the morning!"
Bimini:"so what!"
They grab you by the hand and lead you away down the street.
You were were a little flustered but you followed them excitedly.
You wondered why they were walking so fast but ig it didn't matter.
You walk up to a row of boring houses. But one stood out with its elegant white embellishments and purple and yellow flowers.
Y/N: "hey that kinda looks like the non biney flag!"
Bimini:" That's because I'm non binary babes!"
Y/N;" oh really!? That's amazing! I'm (y/pn)"
Bimini : ha! I could'a guessed!"

They lead you up the pathway, past the pretty flowers and fairy lights and up to the front door.
Bimini:" after you!"
Y/N: "um... I don't have a key"
Bimini looks sheepishly at the ground.
Bimini: "it's unlocked!"
Y/N: "oh right! Ahah ok"
You open the door and walk over the threshold, it smelt fresh like roses and the interior was decorated beautifully.
Y/N: " wow! You have such a pretty house!"
Bimini: " thank you!"
You walk over to the sofa and sit down.
Bimini: " right! I will make you a vegan breakfast then!"
Y/N: "aren't you the vegan breakfast 😏"
