As muzan said Tanjiro maybe able to walk in sun but he does not have the eat Tanjiro thankfully to get the power to walk in sunlight
This demon blood art is sun talisman
So basically he puts a paper at his eye and put to on who he wants to put it on it's kinda like Yushiro's blood art but allows demons to walk in the sun
Yes he can use a sword and is able to use breath styles
Demon blood art: Heat manipulation
So he can control the heat around him he can lower and higher the heat around him and can burn his rival and when finish lowers the heat
Demon blood art: Fake rainbow
So using this blood art he can create illusion to confuse someone

If you watch avatar the last airbender it's kinda like blood bending, he can control a person blood movement that can control the rivals movement but it can also take out poison out of persons bloodstream
