Quirk: bubble fox Leviathan He can transform into fox like Levitation, if he chose not to transform fully, he can turn his body into fish like scales mostly cover his arms and legs to increase his strength, speed and durability
Downfall: when he fully transform he can only hold his form for 5 minutes after 5 minutes he body will exhausted either getting tired or just sleepy
Abilities: due to his quirk that make him transform but not only he can turn into his form but he also shoot bubbles from his mouth or his skin using water and soap (he don't eat soap) substances, this allow cauing his target all wet but make them slip on the ground and he also slide around the ground using his feet like a ice skate
Red bubbles: red bubble allow to hit his target causing them damage, just a snap from the bubbles
Green bubbles: unlike other bubbles that hurt them, he can use this to help other, green bubble can refresh their stamina or heal from pain
Water jet beam: most powerful can shoot pressurized beam from his mouth, hitting heavy damage but come from Downfall making him dehydrated, so he have to drink water in order to shoot water jet
