Y/n was the type of girl people read books about she was kind smart had a great group of friends and a love interest she wasnt quite dating yet . They were more than friends but less than a couple

She was what most people would describe as normal. Unless you were George weasly in that case she was absolutely amazing perfect and over all just breathtaking he would of course try to tell her this in the most friendly way possible lest she know his secret wich was only secret to her .

For example it wasn't rare to hear "looking nice today black" from george . But if you actually listened you could tell he didn't just want to be friends he wanted more and so did she but both blinded of eachother's feelings that niether made a move most annoying to the people closest to them

However like any normal teen she also had an ex she hated he had cheated on her and refused to admit that the relationship between the two was over this ex just so happened to be Adrian Turner he would still call her his girl much to the annoyance of y/n and george although he refused to admit it

Immediately after the break up y/n had been ridiculously upset blaming herself for his actions convincing herself she werent good enough every time she said these things george would correct her and let her know it's not her fault and that adrian was a prat for ever getting rid if the most precious thing in th world

Again and again george would be there with y/n if she was ever in need of help he would allways be there for her no matter the time or how insignificant it may seem to her he would allways be there to listen or give advice 

Y/n was sitting in the great hall with Kate  when she screamed "AHHH GEORGE WTF" "sorry love didn't think it would scare you that bad" she hadn't realised he was behind her and he had shouted boo in her ear "not.funny.george "

you worried about the game today he was referring to the quiddich game that day .y/n was a Gryffindor chaser .yeah a little she admitted ok well we may as well get going or Oliver will have our heads .

It was ten minutes into the game when it happened y/n got hit by a bludger and fell to the ground. George immediately came to her aid and made shure she was awake before madam pomphrey carried her away

Y/n woke up a bit later to see darkness but she felt a weight in her hand and gently squeezed it "what" said George's sleepy morning voice . "Georgie whats happened "
"Y/n" he whisper shouted ."Yeah?" "Im so glad your awake so much has happened AKA when snape got his cloak stuck in the door"

"George what happened" she repeated trying to get him back on track "ohh you got hit by a bludger in quiddich and allmost died you broke so many bones but madam pomphrey fixed you up"

Time skip

Y/n  was out of the hospital wing but george still wouldn't leave her side they were currently in potions their potion was going terribly wrong "give me that" she took a few ingredients and fixed the potion "Merlins beard y/n your amazing you know that ". "I try to be" she sent him a flirty wink and he rolled his eyes lovingly

Later that day she asked gred and forge if they wanted to hang out after school sorry cant got another detention was freds response george agreed as he had time after school to hang out

Apparently hanging out with just george wasn't that bad they laughed at the stupidest things because they were intoxicated not by alcohol but simply by eachother they both found it really fun and when they got to the black lake george pulled out a tiny basket out of his pocket and undid the shrinking spell

They gazed in to the aqua water Her head on his shoulder and his on top of hers it was so calm and relaxing

Y/n looked around and saw george looking abnormally nervous "what's wrong talk to me georgie " it's not important dont worry yourself if it means something to ypu itmeans something to me ok so i like tgis girl .her heart dropped she didn't think he liked her but this was to real. But i dont think she likes me back. What do i do .tell her how you feel about her

The mid August air was chilly but not freezing however thet still decided to go inside to stop getting a cold

The next day news had spread like wildfire that the couple everyone had wanted to get together were not available for others now they would be constantly seen holding hands in class in the hallways everyone that knewthem knew that this was the start of something amazing.
