Rhythm

I was sitting in my house in one of the many living rooms

My house, number 12 grimold place was soon to be headquarters for the order of the Phoenix

It was my dads house and he was a little downtrodden because he felt like he wasn't doing much for the order but he felt better now that he had given them a place for headquarters he also felt like his mother would have absolutely hated it hated that her house was being used for good

Some of the first people who were moving in were moving in today "the weasly family"  i had no idea who they were but according to dad they were really nice people

Apparently two of there son's were my age that was supposed to mean something to me i had grown up with remus or my other dad and because of him being a werewolf i never really learned how to talk to new people

My plan was to avoid them utill they left for school i had allways been quite quiet i couldn't juat go up to someone and start a conversation my social anxiety really said nope

It hit 12 am and i began heading up to my bedroom because i knew they would be here soon and if they didn't know i was here they surely wouldn't bother me right?

Sirius POV

I was worried about her y/n my daughter i loveed her with my whole soul and the only people she seemed to talk to were me remus and mad-eye when he came over

She was allways interested in his latest adventures I've allways thaught she'd make a great aurour or maybe in charge of the ministry of magic she has brilliant views of the world.

I heard the sound of the front door opening and they walked quietly past the portrait of my mother i looked down at Molly's children they had grown so much since i had last seen them the twins and bill and ron who i had met previously and Ginny who i had only seen once before after the tri wizard tournament safe to say she was a lot happier now

I introduced myself to all of them i then told molly and author how to get to there room then Ginny Ron and Bill i was left alone with the twins

I hate ro inform you that you won't be getting your own room there just isn't enough room's so if you could share with my daughter that would be great she is really nice

Your POV

I heard a knock on my door and went to open it when i did i was faced with my dad and two extremely tall boys both bearing awkward yet friendly smiles

Morning pup these will be staying in your room if thats alright?

Oh um yeah it's fine come on in my dad moved so that they could get past

I'll leave you three be then my dad said before leaving the room

I began awkwardly sitting on the end of my bed

Excuse me can you show me where the bathroom  is mum wouldn't let me go on the way

Oh of course its just down the hall i said pointing to the bathroom door

Thanks he said before running out of the room

Prat i heard his brother mumble he turned around and sat next to me your y/n right

Fred came back in and sat down

He flicked his wand three times one to put a silencing spell on the door one to make music and one toturn the ligbts on a changing colour thing

Honestly these songs were my vibe and that was so cool but i had no clue how to express that without being weird

But then a really good song came on so i started singing along with them i didn't wven think about the lyrics for some dumbass reason beforehand because apparently im an idiot

I looked away i was blushing what the fuck was wrong with me

He took my hand and pulled me up he put my hand around his neck as he put his around my waist pulling me in i test my head on his chest as i couldn't quite reach his shoulders for real tho why were they so tall for we swayed and twirled until the song ended

The next song came on but before i could sit down fred had an outstretched hand for me to take

We danced quickly and twirled to the faster music afterwards i was exausted and slumped back on my bed

Fred i think we should end the fun for now fred turned the music and lights off

George pulled me into his chest and let me fall into peaceful sleep protected by him
