Everytime during sex, bakugo would tell izuku to get pregnant.
Izuku knew this was not possible. He felt like this "relationship" was not really good for them. He tried to get out of the relationship multiple times but always fell back into bakugos arms.
One day, while talking on the phone with Todoroki, he fainted because of a fever. He woke up in the hospital with Todoroki by his side.
The doctor said he was experiencing a phantom pregnancy.
