Every time I'm happy I think it will last forever,
But it doesn't.
Happiness has an expiration date,
But I didn't want to believe that.
I wanted to believe it was for the rest of my life.
But all things come to an end.
Friendships, pets, family members,
But that's ok.
We as humans are used to it,
We know it's coming.
That's the sad part of life,
We know it's coming to an end.
No matter how hard we try running from it our whole life,
It's coming.
Cherish it to the last.
