Ok so I know everyone's probably like 'but he has one!' 'All Might gave him one' or something like that. But I think Deku had one before that, one he had at birth. I think it's immortality. I mean he had a bunch of close calls, and I get that he's the main character and most main characters pull a bunch of stupid stuff like that. But, this is a superhuman world, which also brings me to my second theory, but that's for the next chapter.
Also in the movie heroes rising nine says that Deku might have more than one quirk, which could be a reference to previous one for all users but who knows.
