Be Kind to Yourself
When the world ends, it’s just you who would pick yourself up and try to make the most out of the time you have left. Try to be kind to yourself, not just sometimes but as much as possible... most of the time.
The world was already cruel as it is. Adding up to that negative energy won’t bring you something good. See things in a possible way. Most of all... speak to yourself, and remind yourself how amazing you are.
