The shouts coming from Sangyeon brought me back to reality. In front of the main door stood Hyunjun, covered in blood and barely keeping his balance. Chanhee ran to him and held him to support him from falling down, tears in his eyes. I couldn't seem to say anything. Every time I opened my mouth and tried to speak or scream, nothing came out. Everyone was already around, taking care of Hyunjun. That was before I lost my own balance and fell directly on Sangyeon's arms. I mumbled something softly before shutting my eyes.

"Bring him up to his room-" Sangyeon knew something was up with the help of his sixth sense and reflexes and quickly caught Y/n before she could fall onto the ground. "I'll take care of her. Focus on Hyunjun for now. Take him up, quick." They ran up, Chanhee following at the end as he quietly sobbed, some of the blood stained on his clothes. Sangyeon looked down at the unconscious body of Y/n and carried her in bridal style. He took a deep breath and muttered, "You're going to be alright, don't worry." And he walked up the stairs, heading towards his room.

Jacob's hands were covered in blood as he checked up on Hyunjun, who was barely breathing as he laid on the bed. "Is he going to be okay?" Eric asked with tears in his eyes. Jacob looked at him, giving him a weak yet reassuring smile to the youngest. "We will do our best. He'll be alright in no time." Chanhee started sobbing louder as Younghoon stood beside him, patting his back and cradling him in his arms. Jaehyun and Kevin were at the other side of the bed as they started helping Jacob getting rid of Hyunjun's clothes. Juyeon and Changmin stood far from the bed, watching everything anxiously. Sunwoo walked towards Eric and led him out from the room.

Jacob took a deep breath and closed his eyes. Jaehyun and Kevin looked at him worriedly. "Is everything alright?" Kevin asked, making Jacob look at him. "I'm not so sure. It's going to take a lot of risks since this is the second time this has happened. It might damage him more." "There still must be a way to make him avoid death." Jaehyun spoke, gripping onto Jacob's arm tightly. "That's what I'm talking about. But we can't just repeat what we did five decades ago-" "Then come up with something else!" Jaehyun yelled and was ready to attack Jacob when Juyeon and Changmin quickly pulled him back. Younghoon looked down at Chanhee, who was still sobbing. "Will you be able to call Haknyeon over?" The latter slowly nodded and made his way out from the room.

In the other room, Sangyeon laid Y/n on the bed and checked her pulse. She seems fine. He walked over to his table and took his phone. What could've possibly made her pass out like this? He continued to think as he brought his phone up to his ear. "It's me...and yes, it happened again." The person on the other line sighed. "Hurry up, please. And, I want you to check on someone else besides Hyunjun. It doesn't seem too serious but...just because. I don't want this person to end up having a problem." The door opened right after he hung up, Sunwoo and Eric walking in. "How is she?" Sunwoo asked as Eric sniffled. "It's nothing serious. She'll be awake any soon, I suppose." Eric sat on the edge of the bed beside her, Sunwoo standing beside him. "Do you think she'll know the reason?" "We can ask when she gains her consciousness back."

Chanhee opened the door, letting Haknyeon in. "How is everything going?" "Not good. Y/n fainted and was on Sangyeon's arms the last time I saw her. Everything's getting worse." He started to cry again. Haknyeon frowned as he saw one of his closest friends in distress. He pulled him in his arms and patted his head as he comforted him with soothing words. "We'll make sure he never goes back there after he recovers." He added at the end. Chanhee looked at him. "Why is he always trying to get inside the castle though. Do you have any idea?" Haknyeon went silent for a moment. "No." Both their heads turned to the door when it opened. "Sangyeon called." "Oh, this way." Chanhee led the way.

Everyone watched in silence as he did his job, carefully checking and giving Hyunjun a shot. Sangyeon and the two youngest walked in. "You're here already? Is he getting better?" He looked at him. "He'll be fine in a week or two. Make sure he doesn't leave the house, and that he never goes back there, especially. This won't be enough to keep him stable if it happens one more time." He spoke swiftly, holding up the syringe. Everyone sighed in relief. "Cover him up." He added softly, making Jacob and Kevin move and do their work. He stood up straight, looking at Sangyeon once again. "You said there was someone else?" "Yes, she's in my room." His right eyebrow perked up. "Let me guess, it's a girl from the human world." "You know it." He stretched his neck before following Sangyeon out of the room.

He slowly approached the unconscious body on the bed, wondering if he had seen her before. "She fainted not long after she saw Hyunjun." "She must have hemophobia then." Sangyeon looked at him in surprise. "How can you directly tell?" "You just said she fainted, didn't you? She must've not been ready to see someone covered in blood like that, causing her to get lightheaded and pass out in a matter of seconds." He sat on the edge of the bed and gave her a shot as well. "Was that necessary?" Sangyeon anxiously asked. "I know what I'm doing. She'll be awake in a minute or less. That was supposed to regain her consciousness." Sangyeon sighed in relief. "I don't know what we will do without you. I can't thank you enough." "I'm just doing my job. You don't have to thank me."

"Sangyeon?"
