Chapter 34 - Last chapter

i decided to add this last part bc i feel like the ending really sucked and was really confusing and yeah ok :)

Amanda POV

1 year later

I walked into baggage claim to see Avia, Sarah and Becky standing there talking quietly to themselves. I squeal when I see them and run over to give them a huge hug.

"Ohmygod it's so amazing to see you girls again" I say linking my arms with them after grabbing my bags and heading towards the airport exit to head to my new apartment

"We missed you so much" Avia says making me smile.

"So how was the UK?" Becky asks turning onto the highway away from the airport

"It was.." I pause thinking of the right word "Amazing" I say smiling

"And why didn't you stay there for college again?" Sarah asks

"Because I missed everybody and its really good to be home and away from my mom and step dad, I love them but I needed my friends back.

"So who was this boy you met? Eli was his name correct?" Avia says smirking

"Yes his name was Eli but we're just friends, good friends in fact. We kissed once that's it nothing else" I say

"Oh please a hot British guy making out with you and you say its nothing?" Becky says looking at me in the rear view mirror with raised eyebrows

"Ok we did not make out it was just a kiss one kiss!" I say and they all laugh mumbling about how I was most definitely lying

Eli was a guy I met on my first day of school in the UK. We became close, really close and we kissed once; I was a little tipsy and so was he. He's one of my closest friends and that's all we'll ever be.

When we arrived at my apartment complex Avia, Sarah and Becky started unloading my things from the moving truck that had just arrived. While they were trying to get my things slightly organized I checked out the place wandering around the apartment looking at my new home.

Walking out I bumped into a tall figure that was most likely one of my neighbors but I had yet to see their face. I look up to see the same big blue eyes staring down at me.

"Amanda? You're back?" He asks with wide eyes

"Yeah and it looks like we're neighbors" I say chuckling mentally bashing my head into a wall at the fact that my ex-boyfriend and former best friend, Tyler is my neighbor for the next 4 years.

"Well this is awkward" I say
