Those cries penetrated Hyunjin's ears, thus interrupting her peaceful intention to read for a while. It seemed that the words from her book ringing in her head were mingling with the voices outside her mind. Finally, she gave up and looked ahead.

In front of her, perched an imposing baseball field occupied with active players. They were playing against a local high school in a small friendly game. Hyunjin didn't find the sport very exciting, she just tended to go to games and practices watching someone in particular, though she didn't really understand why.
