Ok, so I thought it would be helpful to show what I imagine when I think of the sbi wing au. I'll also be doing a little backstory. REMINDER: These are all headcanons and based on the characters not the people.
PHIL:
Bird: Great Horned Owl
Behavior: Insane grip, heightened senses, hoots when comfortable, nocturnal but tries to stay awake for his kids sake.
Physical Traits: Green cloak, necklace with kid's feathers, feathers on tips of ears (owl), retractable claws

WILBUR:
Bird: Raven
Behavior: Mimics sounds (uses this to mimic instruments), very smart, gets frustrated when people don't understand what his calls mean (Ravens have more variety of calls than most other birds so other birds don't understand some of their calls)
Physical Traits: Yellow sweater, blue jeans, gold circle glasses, "hackles" (expressive neck feathers specific to ravens) covered by scarf

Bird: Lammergeier
Behavior: Enjoys dropping things from high up, solitary but loving towards his family, protective of his room, perceived as bloodthirsty so he took the "Blood God" name
Physical Traits: Human not piglin, pink/orange mohawk, simple clothes, metal beak mask, black markings+feathers around eyes, red eyes

Tommy:
Bird: Red Bellied Woodpecker
Behavior: Prone to head injuries, prefers nuts and berries, very sensitive to sounds/touch (sensory processing disorder), enjoys percussion instruments, taps on things when bored, slightly uncomfortable with wings being touched but allows family most of the time
Physical Traits: Classic t-shirt, blue jeans, satchel that he uses to carry foraged items, blonde hair that fades to red at tips, small red feathers also in hair, long metal beak mask (not used often)
