TBOB Fanfiction Recommendations

Okay, so when it comes to the amount of content for this fandom, small is an understatement. It can be hard to find content, especially fanfiction, for the Books of Beginning, so I'm going to share with you everything I have found, some of my favorite authors for this fandom, and recommend my favorite stories, in hopes of helping my fellow fanpeople find what they're looking for.

Okay, so first off, me! starsandspells as most of you know me. I'm pretty sure you know what I've been writing in terms of fanfic for this series, but just in case, I'm going to run through my own stories real quick.

You all obviously know about this one  because duh, you're here now. This is my oneshots and random content book, and it's got a variety of items, ranging from fluff to angst to playlists. Basically whatever weirdness my brain is cooking up at the moment. You know the drill by now.

Dance Of Magic

This fanfiction is one that I'm honestly very proud of and which is currently completed. If you've already read it, then well, you know what it's about. If not, the synopsis of it is that it's Kate, Michael, and Emma plunged into a new adventure after the end of the Black Reckoning, with Gabriel, Rafe, and Wilamena along the way. Dr. Pym, Henrietta Burke, and many other beloved characters also make appearances. It has ghosts and magic and romance and family and something for most fans of this series, in my opinion.

Time's Tragedies

This is the sequel to Dance Of Magic, and while it's still a work in progress, I'm very proud of it as well. It's set many years in the future, and centers around Kate and Rafe and their children, 15 year old Lili, who is a main character, 12 year old Jake, and 11 year old Abby. It's got lots of intricate magic that I have been crafting, and new characters that I have been so happy to develop, as well as lots of adventure and emotion. 

Wibberly - Incorrect TBOB Quotes

This is literally just a book of incorrect quotes I made for the series and some of my original characters, because I find them funny and I needed a place to store them all. There's a ton, they're mindless humor, so if you like memes, this is where I would direct you. 

Gold And Shadow

Okay this one has a concept that I love, but I've only written three chapters for it so far so it updates slow. Very slow. Be warned. But if you can overlook this flaw of mine, this story is centered a lot around Kate, it's very emotional but also contains a lot of trippy time travel, because I love messing with magic like that. So that could be cool.

Waiting For Sunrise

I love this story with my whole heart. It's going to be so big and I'm only at the beginning, but already I love it. It's an alternative universe where the Wibberly siblings were born magical in the late 1800s and ended up joining the savages. It's going to have adventure like the other books I write, of course, but it also has a lot of Kate and Rafe, and a lot of found family and actual happiness for the Wibberlys, at least for a while. Anyways I think it's a really awesome AU.
