You both break the kiss.

Bryce: um I am sorry I just couldn't handle it uhh Idk how to tell you but I like you.
You: wait what?
Bryce: I know you don't but just want to get it out.
You: Bryce look I-
Bryce: I said it's fine.

He gets up and starts to leave. You stand up and hold his hand.

Bryce: hmm?
You: wait I like you too but it's just.
Bryce: that I am a player and you don't trust me.

You look down.

Bryce: yeah that's what I thought.

Bryce leaves. You go to Addison.

Addison: hey beb are you good from earlier?
You: yeah Noah will learn his lesson when I see him but there is something else.
Addison: oh no about who?
You: Bryce.
Addison: my brother?

You nod.

Addison: what about him?
You: we have to sit down for this.
Addison: you are scaring me.
You: just sit.

You both sit down.

You: so me and Bryce kissed and the-
Addison: omg yass eeee.
You: but I like him and he told me he likes me but he thinks I don't trust him because he is a player and all the reason is my past and then Noah Idk I am not ready he didn't hear me.
Addison: aww I know what happened last time just try to talk to him.
You: I hope he hears me.
Addison: I hope.

You spend the day with Addi and Troy. You go to your room. You see Bryce going to bed.

You: hey.
Bryce: uhh hi.
You: can you listen to me?

Bryce sighs. You sit beside him.

Bryce: just before you talk if you don't want to be friends because what I said and the kiss just forget about it.
You: no no listen to me.

He nods.

You: I like you back but because my ex-boyfriend and Noah I am scared it's not you I know you are that kind of person who parties and everything but I am just scared.
Bryce: wait what happened?
You: umm.

You look down cause you will tear up.

Bryce: you can talk to me.
You: fine my ex was my bestfriend before we start to date but we started to catch feelings it went well for the first 2 months then he started to drift away I asked him he got angry and started to abuse me I know he was cheating on me and he knows that I know but he wouldn't make me breakup with him I see him everyday with a new girl it hurts.

Bryce is surprised.

Bryce: I am sorry I didn't know.
You: it's fine.
Bryce: you know cuddles can work.

You smile and cuddle into Bryce.

You: I am scared to loose you as a bestfriend and I am scared to loose you as something more than a friend.
Bryce: don't worry you won't loose me.

You hug Bryce tighter.

You: can we take things slow?

Bryce smiles.

Bryce: ofc.
You: I will go wash my face.
Bryce: I think you need to.

You laugh and go to the bathroom. You go in. You wash your face but then see the lighting in the bathroom is good. So you do a tiktok but in the second one you forgot to put an audio but then you see a huge insect you get a shoe and you get a spray from the drawer. You hold it and spray the insect. It flies so you start to scream and run. You get out.

Bryce: wtf happened?
You: I saw a huge insect.

Bryce laughs.

You: wait I was doing a tiktok let me show you.

You go back. And take your phone.

You: see.

You show him. He dies of laughter.

You: not funny I almost got a heart attack.

He laughs harder.

You: meanie 🥺.
Bryce: sorry.
You: yeah whatever.
Bryce: ok ok cuddle time.

You laugh. You both cuddle and fall asleep.
